Staffing page menu now stays visible when scrolling
The menu bar at the top of the Staffing Profile View previously disappeared as you scrolled through your list of staff, meaning you had to scroll back to the top each time you needed to take an action.
The menu bar and column headers are now fixed in place as you scroll, so all your actions are always within reach. The staffing totals panel at the bottom of the screen is also now permanently visible, removing the need to manually expand it each time.
Budget Forecast Return- Automatically Import Actuals from Education Finance
We have updated the Academy Budget Forecast report to automatically populate with the Trial Balance data from Education Finance.
This change offers key benefits:
Improved Accuracy - Manual data entry introduces errors. Automatic imports ensure figures match the official finance system, reducing discrepancies.
Time Savings - Staff avoid repetitive tasks like copying numbers from one system to another.

đNote: To benefit from this update, your organisation needs to have an active Education Finance product subscription. If your organisation does not use Education Finance, these changes are not relevant to you and you should follow the normal process for completing the Academy Budget Forecast report.

The DfE have confirmed the 2026 Academies Budget Forecast Return will open on 13 July 2026. The submission deadline is 24 September 2026.
The DfE have published the updated Excel workbook, our Product Development team is making the required changes now ahead of the submission window opening next week.
We thank you for your patience and will inform customers when this is complete.
