User is reviewing the Pay Scales in their Budget Scenario but they appear to be incorrect and out of date.
Is there are general update that is missing or will one be released to reflect recent changes?
The (Inner, Outer, Fringe) London Weighting of my pay scales are incorrect, how can these be updated?
Solution
Pay Scales within working scenarios are not always subject to general updates in the software.
Pay scales are as up to date as we can set them (in accordance with those set by the NASUWT) for newly created scenarios. Existing scenarios need to have the Pay Scales section maintained by the users.
This can be done by either:
Manually typing into the fields of the Pay Scale grid using the Select, Edit function of the Actions column
Using the Pay Scale Details or Options inflation toggle buttons
You could also create a brand new scenario, go to Pay Scales and click Export All to Excel in the top right of the screen. Then in your active scenario type in the values of the first column on the Excel sheet into the SEP column of the Pay Scales grid.
