This article explains how to use the Trust GAG Income Summary report in Central Budgets to review published scenario funding and GAG income across all selected sites.
πNote: The Trust GAG Income Summary report uses published scenario data from the schools and publish type selected in Select Report Options.
View the Trust GAG Income Summary Report
Open Central Budgets.
Click Reporting in the left hand navigation menu.
Click Financial Reports.
Open the Trust GAG Income Summary report.
Click Select Report Options if you need to change the selected schools or scenarios.
Review the consolidated funding and GAG income data shown in the report.
Change Trust GAG Income Summary Columns
Open the Trust GAG Income Summary report.
Open the Columns panel on the right hand side.
Select the checkbox next to each column you want to show.
Clear the checkbox next to each column you want to hide.
Review the updated report view.
πNote: By default, the report displays a group of columns for Consolidated totals and a group of columns for each selected school, for each of the five years reflected in the budget scenarios.
Export the Trust GAG Income Summary Report
Open the Trust GAG Income Summary report.
Adjust the columns if needed.
Click Export at the top of the view.
Open the downloaded Excel file locally.
