Access Education Budgets: Design and In-a-Tab Updates

Product in a Tab Integration

Access Budgets now opens as a tab within Access Evo, eliminating the need for separate browser windows and keeping your budget workflows organised within your main Access environment. Additionally, Central Budgets and ICFP now open as tabs within Access Evo rather than in separate browser windows, providing better workflow organisation when using multiple Access products.

Updated Icons and Interface Elements

Modernised icons throughout Access Budgets provide clearer visual cues and improved readability across all budget planning functions, creating a more professional appearance whilst maintaining familiar functionality.

Updated Colours

The colour scheme has been updated to align with Access brand standards, replacing previous styling with a consistent, professional palette that improves readability and visual hierarchy throughout budget processes.

Benefits

Budget managers benefit from a more polished interface and better workflow organisation when switching between budget planning and other Access products. Users can now access Central Budgets and ICFP within their main Access environment, reducing the need to manage multiple browser windows.

📌Note: Existing bookmarks continue to work. The tabbed experience activates when accessing these products through Access Evo.

Access Education Central Budgets: Staff Details Profile Report

Within Central Budgets, under Staffing Reports, a new report called ‘Staff Details Profile’ presents staffing data using a profile view layout.

Access Education Budgets: Pupil Numbers

Within Scenario and Pupil Numbers, a tool tip has been added to the Edit Pupil Numbers Budget Year column advising that the pupil numbers entered are still sourced from the October census of the previous year.

Access Education ICFP: Pupil Numbers
