Access Education Budgets - September 2026 Release notes

Explore the latest enhancements to Access Education Budgets, including more accurate Excel exports, and updates to the Education Finance Integration.

Written by Sam Yaxley

What's new

Reports

Excel exports now use numeric value format in three reports

Numeric columns in the Income & Expenditure Analysis Report, Payroll Reconciliation by Section Report, and Payroll Reconciliation Report Excel exports are now written as true numeric values rather than text strings. This means exported cells sum correctly natively and no longer trigger Excel's "number stored as text" warning.

Education Finance Integration

Published and locked budget scenarios now included when linking to Education Finance

When linking budgets to Education Finance, published and locked budget scenarios are now included. This gives you a more complete view of your budget position when making that connection.
