Basic Entitlement Age Weighted Pupil Unit (AWPU)

Once you have completed the pupil numbers and cost per pupil, the data will be reflected in the AWPU- Age weighting pupil units on line IL102 in the GAG Income\Section 251.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: If you edit the values in the Pupil numbers section, but don't see the updates immediately in the Gag Income section, click the Recalculate button placed on the left hand side of the Gag Income section.

The AWPU cannot be changed in the GAG Income/Section 251, it can only be changed on the Pupil Numbers screen.

This is because the line is derived from a formula, that calculates Pupil Numbers x Amount Per Pupil.
