Access Education ICFP – Benchmarking Thresholds
Various metrics calculated by Access Education ICFP can be benchmarked according to fully configurable thresholds, with red, amber, and green (RAG) indicators reflected in data grids on the Overview page.
Benchmarking thresholds can be set up in the Planning Setup area in Access Education ICFP.
Click the Planning Setup item in the navigation menu.
Select the Benchmarking Thresholds option on the Planning Setup page.
The Benchmarking Thresholds page displays a grid with the metrics that can have thresholds applied to them, and columns for the Lower and Upper bounds of the Red, Amber, and Green ranges.
📌Note: By default, all thresholds are set to zero.
To edit the thresholds for a metric, click the Edit icon on the right side of the row. A window is displayed allowing the values to be edited.
The values entered for Lower and Upper thresholds are applied to the metrics in data views in Access Education ICFP as follows:

Values in views in Access Education ICFP are highlighted accordingly.
Values are also highlighted when views are exported.
Access Education ICFP – Multiple Budget Years on Resource Plan
Years can be selected on Resource Requirements and Staff Load within a Resource Plan to enable changes to be made over a 5-year period.
📌Note: Any changes made in future years only affects that year and the years after and does not affect previous years.
Access Education ICFP – Total Calculated Costs Report
The Total Calculated Cost report is now available within the Resource Plan as well as within Central Budgets.
The report shows all Contact and Non Contact Codes within that Resource Plan over the 5-year period.
