Understand Budget Years and Scenarios
In Access Education Budgets, you can have up to three budget years available at any time. You can view these years at any point and choose which year you want to upgrade a scenario into.
Upgrading a scenario moves or copies that scenario into the selected budget year (depending on how your system is configured), so you can continue planning and forecasting in the new year.
Upgrade a Budget Scenario
In Access Education Budgets, go to the top-right corner of the screen.
From the year drop-down menu, select the budget year you want to upgrade a scenario into.
Click Upgrade Scenario.
From the list, select the relevant scenario you want to upgrade.
Click Submit.
The selected scenario is now upgraded into the chosen budget year.
