Create a New Pay Adjustment Type
Click the Academy menu, then click Settings.
Click Pay Adjustment Types.
Click the blue plus icon to create a new adjustment type.
Enter a name for the pay adjustment type.
Click the blue plus icon again to add a line to the adjustment.
From the Adjustment Type drop-down, select one of:
% of pay.
Weekly lump sum.
SMP/SSP Weekly Pay.
Enter the percentage or weekly amount, depending on the type selected.
Enter the number of weeks in the From and To fields.
Repeat steps 5β8 to add more lines, if required.
Click Save.
Your new Pay Adjustment Type is now available to use when setting up pay adjustments.
Edit an Existing Pay Adjustment Type
Click the Academy menu, then click Settings.
Click Pay Adjustment Types.
In the Actions column for the adjustment you want to change, click Select.
Click Edit.
Update the name, lines, adjustment type, amounts, or weeks as required.
Click Save to apply your changes.
