This article explains how to open the reporting area in Central Budgets and choose the schools and published scenarios used in report data views.
β οΈImportant: You need the publish role in Access Evo to see the reporting pages. Review who has the publisher role in your Workspace organisation so the correct users can access these pages
Access Reporting Data Views
Open Central Budgets.
Use the left hand navigation menu, then click Reporting.
Open the report page you want to view.
Collapse the left hand menu if you need more space for the data grid.
Collapse the Columns panel on the right hand side of the grid if you need more space for report data.
Select Schools for Reporting
Open the report page you want to view.
Review the message at the top of the page. This shows the number of selected schools and the selected Publish Type.
Click Select Report Options.
Choose the Publish Type for the scenarios you want to use in the reports.
Select or clear the checkboxes in the Schools list.
Review the Published Scenario column to check which scenario is published to the selected publish type for each school.
Click Save to save your selection and close the window.
π Note:
If you have not set up any publish types, the Published Scenario text and drop down list are disabled. The reports use the currently published scenario.
If you select a school that does not have a scenario published to the selected publish type, Central Budgets shows a message on the main screen so you can see potential gaps in the report data.
Change the Budget Year for Reporting
Open Central Budgets.
Use the budget year toggle in the top right hand corner of the page.
Select the budget year you want to report on.
Review the report data. Central Budgets draws report data from the published scenarios in the selected budget year.
πNote: Report options remain selected when you move between report pages, so you do not need to reselect the same schools and publish type each time. You can set different report options for each budget year.
