Check the Link to Access Education Budgets in Finance
In Access Education Finance, click System Set-Up.
Click Establishment.
Select Link to Access Education Budgets.
Click Save to confirm the link.
Once this link is active, the chart of accounts in Budgets can be updated with the account codes from Access Education Finance.
Import Account Codes into Budgets
Log in to the Access Education Budgets software.
Click the Academy/School button.
Click Setup Coding.
In the top-right corner, click the Import Account Codes tab.
Click Update.
Budgets updates the chart of accounts with the account codes from Access Education Finance.
