If you have enabled Import Actuals from Finance, you can bring in actuals directly from Access Education Finance and use them in Budget Monitoring Snapshots.
Open the Actuals Page
In Access Education Budgets, click the Academy/School menu.
Under Budget Monitoring, click Actuals.
The Actuals page shows the latest imported actuals and allows you to import new data.
Import Actuals from Finance
The Budget Monitoring Snapshots feature uses financial periods and monthly profiling to calculate projected outturn.
On the Actuals page, select the month that the actuals relate to from the drop-down (for example, Month 6).
Click Import actual from Finance.
The system imports year-to-date actuals from Access Education Finance up to the month you selected.
When the import completes, a success message is displayed.
The page automatically refreshes and the grid shows your imported data.
Customise the Actuals Grid
You can control which columns are displayed:
Click Show/Hide Field Chooser.
Drag columns from the Column Chooser into the grid to add them.
Drag columns from the grid back into the Column Chooser to remove them.
