If you have enabled Import Actuals from Excel, you can upload actuals from a spreadsheet formatted to match your column mappings.
Open the Actuals Page
In Access Education Budgets, click the Academy/School menu.
Under Budget Monitoring, click Actuals.
Import Actuals from Excel
The Budget Monitoring Snapshots feature uses financial periods and monthly profiling to calculate projected outturn.
On the Actuals page, select the month that the actuals relate to from the drop-down.
Click Browse and select your Excel file containing actuals.
Click Upload.
When the import is complete:
A success message is displayed.
The page automatically refreshes and the grid shows your imported data.
Customise the Actuals Grid
Click Show/Hide Field Chooser.
Drag fields into or out of the grid to adjust the columns you see.
