The Governor’s Report is only available in Access Education Budgets for scenarios that are correctly linked from Access Education Finance, and which are in the right status.

Check the Link in Access Education Finance

First, make sure the scenario is linked from Finance.

  1. Open Access Education Finance.

  2. Go to System Set-up.

  3. Click Establishment.

  4. Ensure Link to Access Education Budgets is ticked.

  5. In the list of scenarios, tick the box to the right of the scenario where you want the Governor’s Report to appear.

Only scenarios that are ticked here can show the Governor’s Report in Access Education Budgets.

Open the Linked Scenario in Budgets

Next, use the same scenario in Budgets.

  1. Open Access Education Budgets.

  2. Open the scenario that you ticked in Establishment in Finance.

  3. Click the Scenario menu.

  4. Click Reporting Module.

  5. Click the fourth tab, called Accounting Reports.

  6. Look for the Governor’s Report in the list and select it.

📌Note: The Governor’s Report will only show in the scenario that is linked with Finance. If you open a different scenario, the report will not be available.

Check Scenario Status (Working and Public)

If the scenario you want to use does not appear in Establishment in Finance:

  • It may be locked.

  • Or set to Private.

To make it available:

  1. In Budgets, ensure the scenario is in the Working Scenarios folder.

  2. Make sure the scenario is set to Public, not Private.

Once the scenario is Working and Public, it should appear in the Establishment screen in Finance, where you can then tick it to link the Governor’s Report.

Fix a “No Data Found” Error

If you can see and select the Governor’s Report but get a “no data found” message:

  • Clear the cookies and cache in your web browser.

  • Close the browser completely, reopen it, and log back in to Access Education Budgets.

  • Try running the Governor’s Report again.
