The Governor’s Report is available in Access Education Budgets only for scenarios that are linked to Access Education Finance. This article shows you how to check the link in Finance and where to find the Governor’s Report in Budgets.
Check the Finance Link for the Governor’s Report
In Access Education Finance, go to System Setup.
Click Establishment.
Make sure Link to Access Education Budgets is ticked.
In the same area, find the list of scenarios and make sure the box next to the scenario where you want the Governor’s Report to appear is also ticked.
Only the scenario(s) selected here will show the Governor’s Report in Access Education Budgets.
Open the Governor’s Report in Budgets
Go to Access Education Budgets.
Open the scenario that you ticked in Access Education Finance.
Click the Scenario menu.
Click Reporting Module.
Click the Accounting Reports tab (this is the fourth tab).
In the list of reports, select the Governor’s Report.
You can now run or export the Governor’s Report for the linked scenario.
🤓Tip:
If multiple scenarios exist (for example, different years or versions), double-check you are opening the same scenario in Budgets that is ticked in Finance.
The Governor’s Report only appears in the scenario linked with Finance.
