When snapshots are published in individual academies/schools, their data can be brought together into a consolidated report.
Open Consolidated Budget Monitoring Report
In Access Education Budgets, click Consolidated Reports.
Go to the Financial Reports tab.
Select the Consolidated Budget Monitoring Report.
📌Note: Only snapshots that have been published in each academy/school are included in this report.
Export the Consolidated Report
On the Consolidated Budget Monitoring Report, click Export.
The report is downloaded in Excel format.
The first tab shows a consolidated view of all budget monitoring data from the snapshots across all academies/schools.
Each subsequent tab shows the snapshot data for an individual academy/school included in the report.
This gives you both an overall picture and detailed views for each site.
