Use The Resource Plan List
Open the planning tool and ensure the Budget Year selector is set to the year you want to review.
Look at the Resource Plan list on the left side of the screen.
Review each item to see:
The resource plan name at the top of the tile.
The name of the linked budget scenario at the bottom.
Click a resource plan to load it in the central Resource Plan view.
Wait for the charts, metrics, and tables to update with data for the selected plan.
Search For A Resource Plan
Above the Resource Plan list, click into the search box.
Start typing part of the resource plan name, such as a year or label.
Watch as the list automatically filters to show matching resource plans.
Click the resource plan you want to review.
πNote: Clearing the search box returns the full list of resource plans for the selected budget year.
Create A New Resource Plan From The List
Above the Resource Plan list, click Create Plan.
Choose whether to Create New or Upgrade Existing Plan based on your requirements.
Follow the prompts to select a budget scenario and enter a resource plan name.
Click Create Plan or Upgrade Plan to finish.
Confirm that the new plan appears in the Resource Plan list.
