Lock a Working Scenario
Go to Manage Budgets.
Find the working scenario you want to lock.
In the Actions column, click Select to the right of the scenario.
From the drop-down menu, click Lock.
The scenario is now locked and moved to the Published/Locked tab in Manage Budgets.
Understand What Happens When You Lock a Scenario
When you lock a scenario:
The scenario is saved as a read-only version.
It moves from the working scenarios area to the Published/Locked tab in Manage Budgets.
This is useful when you want to keep a fixed version of a scenario for reference or reporting.
