Launch The Curriculum And Financial Planning Tool
In Access EVO, click the Access button in the top-left corner of the screen.
On the Products tab, find the Education ICFP icon in the product list.
Click the Education ICFP icon to open the planning tool for your default school or the last school you accessed.
Select A School When Launching
Next to the Education ICFP icon, click the grey arrow to open the list of schools you can access.
In the Search instances box, type part of the school name to filter the list if needed.
Click the name of the school you want to open.
Wait for the planning tool to load for the selected school in a new tab.
Open Multiple Schools At The Same Time
Repeat the launch steps for a different school by clicking the grey arrow next to the product icon again.
Select another school from the list.
Work with each school in its own browser tab in Evo so that you can compare plans or switch between schools as required.
